Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services of 406 Pressure Clean, scheduling a service, or creating an account on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
406 Pressure Clean provides exterior cleaning services throughout Montana. All services are subject to availability. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted upon arrival if actual conditions differ from what was described.
3. Scheduling & Cancellation
- Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice — no charge.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 fee.
- We may reschedule due to weather or equipment issues with no penalty.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Invoices unpaid after 30 days may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee.
- Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure outdoor water access is available on the day of service.
- Remove vehicles and personal items from areas to be cleaned.
- Inform us of any pre-existing property damage before service begins.
- Secure pets away from the work area.
6. Liability
We carry general liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces that are already deteriorated or structurally compromised prior to service. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no charge.
8. Photos & Marketing
We may photograph work performed on your property for marketing use. Photos will not include identifying information. Notify us before service if you prefer we do not photograph your property.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rosebud County, Montana.
